<br />This cause coming on for hearing this 25th day of January,1926,upon the final receipt
<br />Of Alvina Behrens Brammer,a.cknowledging receipt in full of her lac X3
<br />y of ,000.00 and upon
<br />the motion of the executrix that the estate be closed and her bond released and that the
<br />estate be found and held to be released and discharged from the lien of said legacy,the
<br />court having retained and reserved jurisdiction herein to enter such order upon the filing
<br />of such receipt,the consent in writing of said legatee,Alvina Behrens Brammer,to the entry
<br />of this decree,upon the filing such receipt without notice to her having been filed herein,
<br />on consideration whereof the court finds that the legacy to Alvina Behrens Brammer of
<br />$3,000.00 has been fully paid and satisfied and that the lands described in the final decree
<br />towit: a. five acre tract,part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section
<br />21,Town 11,North of Range 9,Nest of tke 6th P. M. axed seven acres in the Northwest corner of
<br />the Northwest Quarter of Section Twenty -seven (27) in Township Eleven (11) North of Range
<br />Nine (9) Nest of the 6th P.M. all in Hall County, Nebraska; and Section Nineteen (19) , In Town-
<br />ship Sixteen (16),Nlorth of Range Thirty -three (33) ,Nest of the 6th P. M, in Lincoln County,
<br />Nebraska;and Quarter -acre Tracts Nos.272,273,258 and 299,in Block Ain High Island Oil
<br />Land Subdivision,as described in deed recorded in Vol.12 at page 470 in Chambers County in
<br />the State of Texas should be released and discharged from tft lien and charge of said legacy;
<br />that the estate has been fully administered and should be closed and that the executrix
<br />be released and discharged of her trust and her bond discharged;
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED,that the legacy to Alvina Behrens Brammer
<br />be and. it is hereby ordered discharged and that the lands above described are hereby released
<br />and discharged from the lien and charge of said legacy; that the estate be and it is hereby
<br />closed,the executrix discharged and her bond released.
