M. all in Buffalo County Nebraska; Lot Numbered Nine (9) in Block Numbered One (1) Dill & Huston's Addition to City of Grand Island Hall County Nebraska;Lots Three,Four & Five (3 -4-5) in Bloch Numbered Two (2),a part of Lot Numbered One (1) in Block Numbered Two (2);A part of Lot Num-'; bered Twenty One (21) in Block Numbered Two (2) all in the Village of Poole Buffalo County Nebraska;That by the terms and provisions of the last will and testament of said deceased the, undivided one half interest in and to the South East Quarter of Section Twenty Nine (29),Towh- ship Twelve (12) Range Fourteen (14) crest of the 6th. Johnson; all the remainder and residue of said real estate together with the personalty is devised and bequeathed unto the said George E.Johnson and Francis E.Johnson in equal shares and proportion absolutely. 5. The Court further finds that the final administration account of said executor is just and correct and should be approved. 6.The Court further finds that the distributive shares of the legatees and devisees are not liable for the payment of inheritance taxes under the laws of this State.
