WILL A" DECREE
<br />IN THE NAME OF GOD AMEN:

<br />I,Louis W. Johnson,of Ravenna,in the County of Buffalo,State of Nebraska,being of sound
<br />mind and memory and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life,do there-
<br />fore make,ordain,publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament:
<br />FIRST: I order and direct that my executor hereinafter named,pay all my just debts and
<br />funeral expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />SECOND: After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts,I give,devise and bequeath to
<br />Francis E.Johnson,my son,all my interest in Southeast 9uarter,Seetion Twenty- nine,Township
<br />Twelve,North,Range Fourteen,west 6th P.M.
<br />To my son,George E.Johnson the Northeast quarter Section Twenty- six,Township Twelve,
<br />Range Fifteen,West 6th P.M.,all other property of which I did seized I direct shall des-
<br />cend equally to my sons above mentioned.
<br />LASTLY,I make,constitute and appoint W. T.Eckerson to be executor of this my last will
<br />and testament,hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto subscribed.my name and affixed my seal,the 11th day
<br />of February,in the year of our Lord,one thousand nine hundred.......

<br />This instrument was on the day of the date thereof, signed,published and declared by the
<br />said testator,Louis W.Johnson,to be his last will and testament in the presence of us who
<br />at his request have subscribed our names thereto as witnesses in his presence and in the

<br />Now on this 9th. day of November 1925 this matter carne on for hearing before the court
<br />upon final administration account of W.T.Eckerson,as executor of the will and estate of
<br />the said Louis W.Johnson,deceased and his petition praying for final settlement thereof
<br />and discharge from his trust. ,From the evidence the court finds as follows:
<br />1.That notice of the time and place of this hearing has been published in pursuance of
<br />an order of this court.
<br />2,That notice to the creditors of said estate to file in this court their claims for
<br />allowance and payment has been published in pursuance of an order of this court,and the ti
<br />therein limited for that purpose has expired and all claims filed herein that have been
<br />allowed have been fully paid and discharged. The court further finds that all the expense
