00 N111 AMID D 2J 0 ° 22 MIDDE1 D <br />74891 TATS JOURNAL COMPANY, LINCOLN, NEB. - _ _._ -_�, - -- _ <br />P.Duggan,Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Patrick Duggan,deceased,and it appearing;! <br />to the satisfaction of the Court,from the proof now on file,that all persons interested in seLid <br />estate have notice of the filing of said account,and have entered their voluntary appearance) I <br />herein and waived time and further notice and agred that said account be approved and allox <br />ed by the Court as and for the final account of said Executor and it,,, further appearing to <br />the Court,after a full examination;that said account is correct in all respects and , qught <br />to be allowed,it is,therefore, <br />ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the report of James P.Duggan,Executor,be and the same <br />is hereby approved and allowed as and for his final account and he is discharged of his trust. <br />The Court finds that the time allowed creditors of the said Patrick Duggan for filing claims <br />against his estate,as fixed by the former order of Court,has long since expired; that notice <br />was given all persons,by publication and by posting,of the time allowed and place appoint6d <br />for filing claims against said estate; that no '-,claims of any nature were filed; that all claims <br />outstanding against said estate,if any there be,are therefore forever barred and excluded. <br />It is ORISRED AND CONSIDERED that all persons are forever barred from filing or setting <br />up any claims or demands against the estate of Patrick Duggan,deceased. <br />The Court finds that the said Executor has paid the funeral expenses,and the costs of ad-; <br />ministration and has fully accountedfor all of the estate which came into his possession,and <br />that there remains nothing in his hands for distribution. <br />The Court finds that the said Patrick Duggan was at the time of his death the owner of <br />the following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -whit: <br />Lots Nine (9) and Ten (10)tin Block Seventeen (17) in the Village of Wood River. <br />The Court finds that the said Patrick Duggan left a last will and testament which instrument <br />was duly admitted to probate in this court on the 27th day of May,1907,and under the terms <br />and provisions of which the above described real estate did pass and descend at the death <br />of the testator to James P.Duggan,his son,to be by him sold for the payment of the debts of <br />the tdecedent. <br />It is therefore CONSIDERED by the Court that the title to the above described real estate <br />did pass at the death of Patrick Duggan to have and to hold to him and his assigns forever. 1 <br />The Court finds that the said James P. Duggan has paid the cash bequests of $1.00 each to <br />the sons and daughters of the testator as provided in the will and that the said legatees ha *e <br />receipted therefor <br />J. H.
