That is to say First (I request that <br />the expense of my Last sickness and my Funeral Expenses be paid from my Personal and Real <br />Estate - Second- I give and bequeath to my beloved son James P. Duggan My Real Estate consist- <br />ing of Two Lots in the Village of Wood River Sall County Nebraska and direct that the pro - <br />ceeds from said Lots be used in paying my just Debts- should this be insufficient I direct <br />that my beloved Sons,Thomas, James P. John M,and William pay the balance of said indebtedness <br />equally - <br />To my beloved Sons Thomas,John M.and William I give and bequeath the sum of One Dollar. <br />To my beloved Daughters Maggie Birney,Mary Corigan and Anna Stone- I give and bequeath the <br />sum of One Dollar all and each of the above amounts to be paid by my beloved son James P. <br />whom I appoint as Executor of this my last will & testament and request that no Bond be <br />given. <br />Signed this 23rd day of Apt -1907. <br />D.
