<br />fee simple of an estate of inheritance in the Southwest Quarter of Section 24,Township 11,
<br />Range ll,West of the 6th P. M. in Hall County,Nebraska; that he left no ltdow surviving him;
<br />that he left surviving him,William H. Harrison,Charles E. Harrison,Richard L. Harrison,M. Loihisa
<br />Harrison,T. 0. C. Harrison and Aurora C. Harrison,all of lawful age,as his heirs at law and his
<br />only heirs at law;that under the laws of descent of the State of Nebraska in force at the
<br />time of the death of the said Peter Harrison,the real estate herein described,passed am
<br />descended,upon the death of the said Peter Harrison,in equal shares to the said William H.
<br />Harri son ,Charles E. Harri son,Ri chard L. Harri son, M. Louisa Harri son, T. 0. C. Harri son and Aurora
<br />C. Harrison and to their respective heirs and assigns for ever,and that the same is hereby
<br />so awarded and all debts of said deceased,and all debts against the estate of said deceased,
<br />if any such existed,are forever barred and precluded,and further administration of the Es-
<br />tate of the said Peter Harrison,deceased,is hereby dispensed with,and said estate is for-
<br />ever settled and closed.

<br />Be it r.emembered,that this cause came on for hearing on the 19th day of February,1925,
<br />at 10 o'clock in the forenoon at the Judges office in the Court House in Aurora,in said Coun
<br />and it satisfactorily appearing to the court from the proof on file,that all heirs at law
<br />of the deceased haire been duly notified as the same appears of record,in Probate Record 11,
<br />at page 693 thereof,of the records of this court.
<br />Now appeared in court ,DeEtta A. Harrison and A.P. Sprague,her attorney herein. This cause
<br />then came on for hearing upon the duly verified petition and final report herein filed and
<br />the evidence.And now having heard the proofs and allegations of the parties in interest,and
<br />after having examined said Final report,the court proceeds to make a final settlement in this'I
<br />estate. The court finds as follows:
