<br />The Court further finds that the said Eliza Kennedy,deceased,left a personal estate
<br />sufficient to pay her funeral expenses and debts,apd that such funeral expenses and debts
<br />j+ have been fully paid;that if any debts existed against the Estate of the said Eliza Kennedy,
<br />deeeased,such debts are long since barred by the Statute of Limitation and are now forever
<br />barred and precluded, and the Court further finds that the costs of 'thi s proceeding have been
<br />r� paid in full.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the said Eliza Kennedy died

<br />intestate at Grand Island,Nebraska,that she died on the 4th day of December,1973,and that
<br />at the time of her death,she was a resident and inhabitant of Grand Island,Nebraska,that more
<br />than fifty years have lapsed since the death of the said Eliza Kennedy; that no administration
<br />has ever been had or applied for upon the Estate of the said Eliza Kennedy,deceased,in the
<br />it
<br />State of Nebraska; that the said Eliza Kennedy died seized as the owner in fee simple of an
<br />estate of inheritance in the North Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 24,Township 11,

<br />North of Range 11,West of the 6th P. M. in Hall County,Nebraska; that she left no surviving
<br />husband;that she left surviving her,James Kennedy,Robert Kennedy and Edward Kennedy,all of

<br />lawful age; as her heirs at law and her only heirs at law; that under the laws of descent
<br />I of the State of Nebraska in force at the time of the death of the said Eliza Kennedy,the real
<br />estate herein described,passed and descended,upon the death of the said Eliza Kennedy,in
<br />and Edward Kennedy
<br />equal shares to the said James Kennedy,Robert KennedyAand to their respective heirs and
<br />assigns forever,and that the same is hereby so awarded,and all debts of said deceased,and all
<br />debts against trhe estate of said deceased if any such existed,are forever barred and pre.
<br />cluded,and further administration of the Estate of the said Eliza Kennedy,deceased,is hereby
<br />dispensed with,and said Estate is forever settled and closed.
