<br />in fee simple title of Lots seven (7) and Eight (9) in Block Seventeen (17) in the Original
<br />Town,now Village of Wood River,Nebraska ;that more than thirty-five years have lapsed since
<br />the death of the said Joseph S.Bell and no ' application has ever been made in the State of
<br />Nebraska for the appointment of an Administrator of said Estate nor has adminiet+tation upon
<br />the Estate of the said Joseph S.Bell ever been had in the State of Nebraska;that the peti-
<br />tioner herein is now the owner of an undivided one -third interest in and to the above des-
<br />cribed premises and that she Is a competent and proper person to institute and prosecute
<br />this proceeding.,
<br />The Court further finds that the said Joseph S.Bell left suviving him,the following
<br />named heirs- at- law,to- wit: - Sarah &. Bell, surviving widow,Grace L. Bell,Emma E. Bell, surviving
<br />datghters and Fred C. Bell and George B. Bell surviving sons,all of whom were of legal age;
<br />that upon 1he death of the said Joseph S.Bell,the real estate hereinbefore described 1�,'ssed
<br />and descended by operation of the Intestate Laws of the State of Nebraska,as follows: To
<br />Sarah L. Bell,an undivided one -third interest therein; to Grace L. Bell,Fred C. Bell,George B.
<br />Bell and Emma E.Bell,each an undivided one -sixth interest therein,as tenants in common in
<br />absolute title.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Joseph S.Bell left a personal estate sufficient to
<br />ay his funeral expenses and debts and such fwwal p xp expenses and debts have been full y paid;
<br />that if any debts existed against the Estate of Joseph S.Bell,such debts are now long since
<br />barred and precluded by the Statute of Limitation and are now forever barred and precluded
<br />and the Court further finds that the costs of this proceeding has been paid in full.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the said Joseph S.Bell departed this
<br />life at Chicago,Cook County,Illinois ;that he died on the 14th day of September,1988;that
<br />at the time of his death,he was a resident and inhabitant of Chicago,Illinois ;that more
<br />than 35 years have lapsed since the death of the said Joseph S.Bell;that no administration
<br />has ever been had or applied for upon his estate in the State of Nebraska; that the said
<br />Joseph S.Bell died seized as the owner of fee simple title to Lots Seven (7) and Eight
<br />(9) in Block Seventeen (17) in the Original Town,now Village of Wood Rive7r,Nebraska;that he
<br />left surviving him,the following named heirs- at- law,Sarah L.Bell,surviving widow,Grace L.
<br />Bell,Fred C. Be11,George B. Bell,and Emma E. Bell surviving rshildren; that all of the above
<br />named heirs are of legal age and that they are the sole and only heirs of the said Joseph
<br />S. Bell,that under the laws of the State of Nebraska then in force the real estate herein-
<br />before described described passed and descended upon his death to Sarah L.Bell,an undivided one -third
<br />thereof and to Grace L. Bell,Fred C. Bell,George B. Bell and Emma E. Bell, each an undivided
<br />is
<br />II one -sixth interest therein and the same is hereby so awarded to them ;that all debts of said
<br />deceased and all debts
<br />against the estate of said deceased,* ,if any such existed,are forever
<br />i� barred and precluded and further administration of the Estate of the said Joseph S.Bell is
<br />hereby dispensed with and said estate is forever settled and closed.

<br />' The Court further finds that the said Joseph S.Bell ie describioed and referred to in pro-
<br />bate proceedings of the Estate of Clarence H.Bell,deceasgd,as Joseph T.Bell but that the
<br />j correct name and initials are Joseph S'Bell,and the court further finds that the said Joseph
<br />�! T. Bell and Joseph S, "Bell, is one and the same person.
