In <br />case the Grand Island property is turned back to the estate,the same is assigned to the re- <br />spective heirs as heretofore found,but in case said contract is carried out said property <br />is assigned to the widow,as by will provided. <br />It is further decreed by the court that Annie Melius Lacey is hereby deuced to have died <br />previous to the death of the deceased,and she is hereby decreed to be dead. <br />Receipts for all claims filed in this estate having been filed in court,together with the <br />receipts for the respective share,aaid executrix is hereby discharged from her said trust, <br />her bond is hereby cancelled and this matter is now declared closed. <br />y. Rounds, heretofore filed herein;Praying that the court determine and find the date <br />of the death of the said Joseph S.
