<br />I,John IL Kelius,of Coad,in the County of Dawson, State of Nebraska,being of sound mind and
<br />ory,and considering the undertainty of this frail and transitory life,do therefore make,
<br />ordain,publish and declare this to be my last WILL AND TESTAMENT:
<br />FIRST,I order and direct that my Executrix hereinafter named,pay all my just debts and fu4-
<br />eral expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />SECCND,Aft.er the payment of such funeral expenses and debts,I give,devise and bequeath
<br />1. my beloved viife,Mary 1, Melius,a.11 of my personal property of whatsoever nature and whereso
<br />situate,to be hers forever.
<br />THIRDaj give and bequeath unto my Beloved Wife Mary E. Melius,to be here forever,the folloling
<br />described real- estate situated to follows: The South West Quarter of Section number Thirty
<br />Five (35) Township number Eleven (11) North,Range number Twenty -Four (24) West of the 6th P.
<br />Dawson County Nebr.
<br />DOURTH: I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Mary E. Melius the use o:f. >and the
<br />income from our homestead farm described as follows: The South East Quarter of Section numbest
<br />Twenty Two (22),Township number Eleven (11) North,Range Twenty Four (9210 West of the 6th P. I.
<br />Dawson County Nebr,and in the event of her death,it is my will that this homestead land as
<br />described above be equally divided amongst my children or their heirs,share each and ali;ke.
<br />LASTLY,I make,constitute and appoint my beloved wife,Mary E. Melius to be Executrix of this'
<br />my last Will and Testament,hereby revoking all former Wills by me mdde.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal,the 23rd day of
<br />April in the yvar- of our Lord,one thousand nine hundred Twenty One.
