<br />The Court further finds that the personal property has been distributed by the Administ
<br />tik as by law provided,to the parties entitled thereto,and that receipts for the same are on
<br />file in this Court.
<br />The Court further finds that Lot Four (4) in Block Thirteen (13) of Russel Wheeler's
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska,and the Southeast Quarter (SEJ) of Section-
<br />Twenty-nine (29) ,Township Fifteen (15) North,Range Ten (10) West of the 6th. P. M. , in Howard
<br />County,Nebraska,deseended by operation of law upon the death of said Ferdinand Wulf,as foll
<br />To Augusta Wulf,an undivided one -third (J) part thereof and to Robert 9U1f,Henry Wulf
<br />and Carrie Wulf Alpers,aach an undivided two- ninths (2/9) part thereof,subject,however to
<br />the homestead interest of Augusta Wulf in Lot Four (4) in Block Thirteen (13) of Russel
<br />Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate,or the interest of any of the heirs of said de-
<br />ceased,is not subject to an inheritance tax.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED,That the final report of the Administratrix
<br />be and the same is hereby allowed as and for her final accounting and that she be discharged;
<br />that all claims filed against said estate have been paid and that any claims not so filed,
<br />if any such there be,be and the same Are hereby forever barred and precluded. That Lot Four
<br />(4) in Block Thirteen (13) of Russel. Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska
<br />and the Southeast Quarter (SE +) of Section Twenty -nine (29),Township Fifteen. (15) North,
<br />Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.1L,in Howard County,lebraska,passed and descended by oper
<br />of law to �Ugusta Wulf,an undivided one third f j)"pa "rt . theretf,and in addition thereto,her
<br />homestead right in Lot Four (4) in Block Thirteen (13) of Russel Wheeler's Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island,Nebraska,and to Robert Wulf,Henry Wulf,and Carrie Wulf Alpers,eaoh an,
<br />undivided two- ninths (2f9) interest in all of said real estate,subject to the homestead righ
<br />of Augusta Wulf ,and the same is hereby awarded to them to have and to hold to them and their
<br />heirs forever,and said estate is closed.
