<br />Augusta Wulf,Administratrix of the Estate of Ferdinand Walf,deceased,After dale notice by pub-1,
<br />lication as by law and the orders of this Court required,having been given to all persons of
<br />the time and place appointed for hearing said acount,and there being no objections thereto an4
<br />the court having examined said account and being fully advised in the premises,finds that the]

<br />same is in all respects correct and should be and hereby is approved and allowed,
<br />The Court further finds that notice by publication as by law and the orders of this Court
<br />required,has been given to all persons as to the time allowed and place appointed for filing
<br />claims against said estate and that said time has fully elapsed and that all claims filed
<br />against said estate have been paid and that any claims not so filed,if any such there be,shoud
<br />be and the same hereby are forever barred and precluded.

<br />The Court further finds that FerdinandAdeparted this life on the 24th. day of January,1925,
<br />while a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska,and that he died intestate,and that

<br />thereafter,to -wit: the 21st day of February,1925,Augusta Tuff was appointed Administratrix VT iat
<br />the said Ferdinand Wulf left surviving him as his heirs at Law and only heirs at Law,August
<br />Wulf,his widow,and Robert Wolf and Henry Wulf,his sons,and Carrie Wulf Alpers,his daugbter;
<br />that the said Ferdinand W lf,at the time of his death,was possessed of a fee simple title
<br />to Lot Your (4) in Block Thirteen (13) of Russel 'Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska,which he occupied as his homestead,and that in addition thereto,he was the owner in
<br />fee simple of the Southeast Quarter (SE +) of Section Twenty -nine (29),Township Fifteen (15),
<br />North,Range Ten (10) 'hest of the 6th. P. Vii. , in Howard County ,Nebraska; and personal property in
