<br />I,Joseph Henry Sutton,of Hansen,Nebr. ,being of sound mind.memory and understanding,00n-
<br />sidering the certainty of death and the uncertainty of the time thereof,and being desirous
<br />to settle my worldly affairs,and thereby be the better prepared to leave this world when it
<br />shall please the Almighty to call me hence,do therefore make and publish this my last 'dill
<br />and Testament, hereby revoking and annulling all Wills by me heretofore made,in manner and
<br />form following,that is to say:
<br />FIRST,and principally,I commit my soul into the hands of Almight God,and my body to the
<br />earth,to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executor hereinafter named;and my Will
<br />is,that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid by my Executor hereinafter
<br />tamed as soon after my decease as shall be con *enient;
<br />SECOND,I give,devise and bequeath to my brother and sister Alva and Martha Ann Sutton all
<br />my estate,both real and personal,whwrever situated as tennents in common to have and to held
<br />during their natural 'lives and after their death to my other brothers and sisters,share
<br />and share alike,to them and to their assigns and hens forever. Provided however that the
