<br />This Codicil made by me this the 9th day of April, 1924, while in sound mind and memory,andl
<br />attached to my Will and Testament dated the 23rd day of December,1922, being my last Will and!
<br />Testament.
<br />I bequest and command that the said Will and Testament remain and be executed in every
<br />particular,save and except that clause under Paragraph Three (3),referring to and placing th
<br />share of Eliza J.MeNamara in Trust, which portion of the clause shall become non - operative ,
<br />and shall be by these presents amended so that the said Eliza J. McNamara shall receive her s
<br />share at one and the same time that other heirs receive theirs,and no moneys shall be with-
<br />held from her for any other Teasons,other than such as are compatible with said Will and Tes
<br />went.
<br />No Powers granted to the Executor under the said Will and Testament whall be lessened or
<br />removed nor shall any portion of the said Will and Testament in any manner be effected,exe
<br />the Trust and Trustship of the said Eliza J. McNamara share which shall be waived by these
<br />presents.
