FINAL DECREE
<br />IN THE .COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
<br />In the matter of the estate of :
<br />: DECREE OF FINAL ACCOUNT.
<br />Lucretia Boyle,deceased. ;

<br />Now on this 7th day of January,1926,this matter came on for hearing upon the rinal Report
<br />of James M. Farrell, administrator of the estate of Lucretia Boyle, deceased, and the petition
<br />of said administrator praying for the assignment and distribution of said estate,and the
<br />evidence,gnd the court being fully advised in the premises does find:
<br />That due and -legal notice of the time and place of this hearing has been duly given the
<br />heirs at law of said deceased and all persons interested in said estate as required by law
<br />and the order of this court.
<br />That said Lucretia Boyle, deceased, died intestate on the 4th day of January 1925,a resi-
<br />dent and an inhabitant of Hall County,Nebra.ska,leaving an estate therein.
<br />That said deceased left surviving her,as her sole and only heirs at law and next of kin
<br />following named person,Alice Boyle Farrell,her daughter.
<br />That James M. Farrell was duly appointed &ArAinistrator of said estate by this court on the
<br />23rd day of April,1925,a.nd duly qualified as such.
<br />That due and legal notice to the creditors of said estate of the time and place for hear-
<br />ing,examination and allowance of claims,and of the time limited in which claims should be
<br />filed has-been duly given as required by law and the order of this court and said limitation
<br />has expired.That said administrator has fully paid the expense of the last sickness,the cost
<br />of administering said estate and all debts and legal obligations for which said estate is
<br />legally liable.
<br />That said deceased died seized of the following described real estate to -wit: Lots Ten
<br />(10) and the Easterly 26.4 feet of Lot Nine ( 9) , in Block 40,Russel Wheelers Add. to Grand
<br />Isla.nd,Nebr. That the heirs at law and next of kin of said deceased a,nd entitled to share
<br />in said estate is Alice Boyle Farrell and the personal property in the hands of the adminis-
<br />trator has been turned over to her; that the final report of said administrator is correct
<br />and should be approved;that the real estate above described,and all other real estate of
<br />which said deceased died seized should be assigned to said heir.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the court,that the final report of said
<br />administrator be,and the same is hereby approved and allowed,that the real estate above des-
<br />cribed,and all other real estate of which said deceased may have died seized,be,and the same
<br />is hereby assigned to Alice Boyle Farrell.
