<br />The Court further finds that,subject to the homestead estate therein of the said Martha
<br />Weavers,the south half of the southeast quarter of Section 12,and the north half of the nor
<br />east quarter of said Section 13,in Township 9 North,Range ll,passed,by absolute title,under
<br />the intestate laws of the state of Nebraska,to Martha Weavers,surviving �,d dow of said dec
<br />and George Weavers and Howard P.Weavers,sons of said deceased,in equal shares,by absolute
<br />title .
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDEREDIADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the
<br />Martha Weavers,administratrix of the estate of the said Frederick A.Weavers,deceased,be,:and
<br />the same hereby is,allowed and approved as and for her final report,said estate is hereby
<br />settled and closed and said administratrix discharged.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims
<br />against said estate,if any such there be,are forever barred,and excluded from setting up
<br />or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that under the intestate laws of
<br />the state of Nebraska,upon the death of said Frederick A.Weavers,the south half of the lout
<br />east quarter of Section 1p,and the north half of the northeast quarter of Section 13,all
