FINAL DECREE
IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
In the matter of the estate
of Frederick A.Weavers, FINAL DECREE.
Deceased.
Now,on this 7 day of January,1926,this cause came on for hearing upon the final report,
as amended,of Martha Weavers, administratrix of the estate of Frederick A.Weavers, deceased,
and upon her petition for the settlement of said estate and her discharge herein, and the
Court having examined the records and files and being fully advised in the premises, finds I
i
that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed for a
hearing upon said final report and petition,as heretofore ordered by the Court, and the Court
having examined said report, together with the vouchers on file, finds that said report is true
and correct in all things and that the same ought to be approved and allowed as and for the
final report of said administratrix, said administratrix discharged and said estate settled
and closed.
The Court further finds that dVe and legal notice has been given to all persons of the
time and place fixed for filing claims against said estate, and that the time so fixed has
fully expired, and that all persons having claims against said estate,if any such there be,are
forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
The Court further finds th4t said administratrix has paid the funeral expenses of said de-
ceased, the debts against said estate, and the costs of this proceeding, and that there remained
in her hands of the personal estate of said deceased the sum of $2243.52,which passed, under
the intestate laws of the State of Nebraska,to Martha Weavers, surviving widow of said de-
ceased, and George Weavers and Howard P.Weavers, sons of said deceased,in equal shares, and
that said administtatrix has made due distribution thereof to the persons entitled to same;
that said estate is not subject to an inheritance tax.
The Court further finds that said Frederick A.Weavers died seized,as the owner by fee
simple title,of Lots One (1) and Two (2),of Section Twelve (12),the southeast quarter of
Section Twelve (12),and the north half of the Northeast quarter of Section Thirteen (13),
all in Township Nine P)',North,Range Eleven (11) West,in Hall County;that the south half of
the southeast quarter of said Section 12,and the north half of the northeast quarter of said
Section 13,was the home and homestead of the said Frederick A.Weavers and Martha Weavers „ his
wife,at the time of the death of the said Frederick A.Weavers, and that said Martha Weavers
has a homestead estate therein;that since the death of said Frederick A.Weavers a mortgage
existing thereon at the time of his death has been foreclosed on Lots 1 and 2,and the north
half of the southeast quarter of Section 12,in Township 9 North,Range 11 West,in Hall County,
Nebraska, and that the same only sold for sufficient to satisfy the mortgage against the same,
