<br />spects and ought to be approved and that said administrator has accounted for all of the
<br />estate of said deceased which came into his handsor under his control;that there remains
<br />no money or other property in his'. hands for didtribution.
<br />It is therefore considered by the court that the report of Wheeler M.Blair,administrator,l
<br />be and the same is hereby approved as and for his final account.
<br />The court finds that notice as required by law was given to all creditors of said deceas
<br />of the time allowed and place appointed for Filing claims against the estate of said deceased,
<br />by publication of such notice for four consecutive weeks in the GRAND ISLAND HERALD, and tha
<br />the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired,and that all claims outstanding against
<br />said deceased and not so filed,if any such there be,are therefore forever barred and excluded;
<br />that all claims filed and allowed against said estate hate been paid and satisfied.
<br />It is ,therefore, considered and adjudged by the court that all persons are forever barred
<br />and precluded from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Henry W.
<br />Blair,deceased,and that said estate is settled and closed.
<br />The court finds that the said Henry W. Blair departed this life on the 2nd day of February)
<br />1924,that he was immediately preceding his death a resident and ifhabitant of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,and that he died intestate,and that he left svyviving him as his heirs at law,and
<br />his only heirs at law,the following nam0d persons:
<br />Sarah Blair,his widow,and
<br />Wheeler M.Blair,Taylor Blair,William Blair and
<br />Arthur Blair,his sons,and
<br />Helen Booth,Grace Flippin,Anna B1air,Nannie
<br />Freeman,Josie Newman and Susie Brannan,his daughters-
<br />The court finds that the said Henry W.Blair died seized of the following described real
<br />estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,tc -wit:
<br />Lots One (1),Two (2),Three (3),Four (4),Five (5) and Six (6) in Block Four (4),in Packer
<br />& Barris Addition to the City of Grand Island,and that under and by virtue of the law of
<br />descent of real estate in the State of Nebraska all of the above mentioned and described
<br />estate did pass and descend at his death in the manner following:
<br />To Sarah Blair,his widow,an undived one third part thereof;
<br />To Wheeler M.B1air,T aylor B1air,William B1air,Arthur B1air,Helen Booth,Grace Flippin,Ann
<br />B1air,Nannie Freeman,Josie Newman and Susie Brannan ,his children,Two thirds part thereof in
<br />equal shares,as tenants in common, subject,however,to the homestead rights of the said Sarah
<br />Blair,widow,therein.
<br />It is ,therefore,CONSIDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED,by the court that all of the right,title
<br />interest of the said H *nry W.Blair in and to the above mentioned and described real estate
<br />pass and descend at his death,under the law of descent of the State of Nebraska,as follows:
<br />One third part thereof with homestead right, to Sarah Blair,his widow;
<br />Two thirds part thereof to Wheeler M. B1air,Taylor Blair,William B1air2Arthur B1air,Helen
<br />Booth,Grace Flippin,Anna:Blair,Nannie Freeman,Josie Newman and Susie Brannan,his children,
<br />in equal shares,subject,however,to the homestead right of the said Sarah B1air,widow,in and
<br />to the said real estate,and it is by the court awarded to them.
