<br />j° last will and testament of the said Emma Von Wasmer,deceased,the title to the real estate
<br />hereinbefore described passed to Henry J.Bartenbaah,as trustee under the terms and provisions
<br />-i of said will,and in the event Maggie Von Wasmer should die before the time of the death of
<br />Christian Von Wasmer,said property to become the absolute property of the said Christian
<br />it Von Wasmer upon the death of the said Maggie Von Wasmer,and in the event the said Christian
<br />' Von Wasmer is dead at the time of the death of the said Maggie Von Wasmer,the same is to
<br />become the absolute property of Herman Von Wasmer and Elflieda Baetenbaft, share and share
<br />alike,and distriubtion thereof is hereby accordingly made.

<br />Now on this 18th day of December,1925,this cause came on to be heard upon the final re-
<br />port of Wheeler M. Blair ,Administrator of the estate of Henry W. Blair, deceased, the hearing
<br />having been duly continued from the 4th instant for an amended final report and to permit
<br />!, the application for an allowance for the widow pending the settlement of the estate,and it
<br />appearing to the court that notice of the filing of the administrator's report and of the
<br />time fixed for final settlement was given to all persons interested by publication in the
<br />GRAND ISLAND HERALD.
