<br />WILL_CERTIFICATE AND FINAL DECREE
<br />I,Emma von Wasmer,of Grand Island,Nebraska,being of sound mind and disposing memory,do
<br />make and publish this,m last will and testament in the manner and form following,that is
<br />to say:
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct that my just debts,if any,and the expenses attending my bu ;iaj,be first paid.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,residue,and remainder of my aooperty,both real

<br />and personal,of which I shall die the owner,to my son- in- ldw,Henry J. Bartenbach,as Trustee
<br />in trust,upon the uses and trusts and for the purposes following: To receive,hold,invest,
<br />and from time to time reinvest the same,for the use and benefit of my daughter,Maggie Von
<br />Wasmer,and to use the income therefrom,and so much of the principal thereof,as may be nec-
<br />essary for the comfortable support of my said daughter,Maggie Von Wasmer,during her lifetime,
<br />and should any of said trust estate remain it the death of my said daughter,Maggie VonWasmer,
<br />to pay the same over to my husband,Christian Von Wasner,in the event he is then alive,and
<br />in the event said Christian Von Wasmer is then dead,to pay the same over to my son,Herman
<br />Von Wasmer,and my daughter,Elfrieda Bartenbach,share and share alike,hereby granting unto
<br />said trustse,and his successor in trust,full power and authority to sell and convey real
<br />estate. In the event of the death of said Henry J. Bartenbach before the death of the said
<br />Maggie Von Wasmer,I nominate and appoint my grandson,George Bartenbach,as successor to the
<br />said Henry J. Bartenbach as Trustee hereunder.
<br />THIRD.
<br />I nominate and appoint my son- in- law,Henry J.Bartenbach,as Executor of this will,and re.
<br />quest that he be not required to , furnish surety upon his official bond as such.
