<br />I,George Kroeger,of Cairo in the County of Ha11,State of Nebraska,being of sound :Hind and
<br />memory,a.rd considering the uncertainty of t1ris frail and. transitory life,do therefore make,
<br />ordain,publish and declare this to be my last 'MILL AND TESTAMENT:
<br />FIRST,I order and direct that my Executor hereinafter named,pay all just debts and funeral
<br />expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />SECOND,After the payment of suc�� funeral expenses and debts,I give,devise,and bequeath

<br />to my beloved wife,Emma Kroeger,all of my property,both real and personal,for her use daring
<br />the term of her natural life or so long as she shall remain my widow. In case she desire

<br />to remarry,then and in that event,tt is my will that the estate shall be settled in full and
<br />divided,share and share alike between the said Ermaaa Kroeger and our children,na.med below.
<br />Should she not remarry but remain_ my widow to the date of her death,it is my will that upon ti
