The Court further finds that the said Jens Rasmussen, deceased by the, terms of said last Will and Testament appointed George R.Rasmussen to act as guardian of Evelyn V.Ra.smussen (no Evelyn V.Oliver) and Loraine V.Rasmiussen,and that the said George R.Rasmussen is io acting; however the said Evelyn V.Oliver has now attained her majortiy and is therefore no longer in need of a guardian. The Court further finds that the bequests to Mabel E.Rasmussen,Evelyn V.Rasmussen and Loraine V.Rasmussen of One (,,1000.00) Dollars each have been paid by the executors and their respective receipts for same are now on file in said Court. The Court further finds that the final report filed by said executors of their doings and proceedings in the above estate are correct and is in all things approved and that ther is in their hands for distribution the total sum of Four Thousand Two Hundred Fifty ($4250.0P) Dollars, and that said sum is to be distributed among the following heirs in equal share ;to - George R.Rasmussen Anna E.
