D. ,1924. <br />In the Matter of the Estate <br />W4 <br />Louise Hedde,deceased. <br />Present J. H. Mullin, County Judge. <br />I,J. H. Mullin,Judge of the County Court in and for said County,do her <br />13& <br />by certify that on the 30th day of June 1924,the instrument purporting to be the last will an <br />testament of Louise Hedde,deceased,was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 26th day <br />of July 1924,said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,probated <br />and allowedes the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Louise Hedd� <br />deceased,and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. <br />IN 7ITNESS "THEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Clerk <br />this 26th day of July 1924. <br />( SEAL) <br />J. Mullin <br />County Judge. <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA. <br />IN THE LATTER OF THE E STATE <br />OF ORDER ADMITTING 'FILL TO PROBATE. <br />LOUI SE HEDDE , DECEASED. <br />Now on this 26th day of July,1924,this cause came on to be heard upon the duly verified <br />petition of O'harles Spethman heretofore filed in this office,for the probate of an instrument <br />in writing now on file and purporting to be the last will and testament of Louise Hedde,de- <br />ceased,it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that notice as required by law and by <br />order of court was given to all persons interested in the estate of said deceased by publi- <br />cation for 3 successive weeks,an d that no one has appeared to object to or protest against <br />the allowance of said purported will, <br />7-HEREUPON J.E.Higgins,one of the Subscribing witnesses of said purported will was sworn <br />and examined and his testimoney was reduced to writing and filed in this office. <br />ON CONSIDERATION of the petition and all of the testimony the Court finds that the said <br />Louise Hedde departed this life on the 21st day of June,1924,that she was at the time of <br />her death a resident of Hall County,Nebraska,and that she left a last will and testament, <br />which instrument was duly executed,as required by law;that the testatrix at the time of makinE <br />said will was of full age,of sound mind and memory and not under restraint and was in all re- <br />spects competent to devise real and personal estate,and that said last will and testament has <br />been duly proven and should be allowed as and for the last will and testament of the said <br />Louise Hedde,deceased. <br />IT IS THERTFORE CONSIDERED BY THE COURT that said last will and testament was duly execute <br />
