<br />she shall be debarred from any share in my estate whatsoever.

<br />IdIrect my executors hereinafter named to deduct any and all claims which I may hold against
<br />any of the above, named legatees together with interest from their respective bhare.

<br />I hereby nominate and appoint my son,Emil Kluck as executor and my daughter,Hattie Corri
<br />executrix of this my last 7ill and Testmment,with full power to sell and convey any and all
<br />my real and personal property,which I may die seized of,at private or public sale.

<br />October 23,1924,bond of Emil Kluck and Hattie Corrigan filed as executors,and approved by
<br />the Court, and oath of Executors taken and filed.
<br />October 23,1924,Letters Testamentary issued to Executors.
<br />October 23,1924,order of Court entered allowing creditors four months to present claims
<br />for adjustment and allowance,against said Estate,and one year for Executors to settle up,
<br />said Estate from October 23,1924,and directing creditors to appear February 24,1925,for
<br />hearing on claims, and that notice thereof be given by publication in the Schuyler Sun four
<br />weeks successively prior to the 23 day of November,1924.
<br />November 29,1924,Affidavit of F.L.Carroll filed reciting that he is President of the Sun
<br />Publishing Company,Publishers of the Schuyler Sun,with same contents of proceeding affidavit
<br />heretofore set f)rth,and further reciting that notice to creditors,a.s per copy attached,was
<br />published in said newspaper four consecutive weeks,in the issues of October 30,11ovember 6,
<br />13,20,1924.11otice as a.tto.ched to affidavit recites that creditors of said deceased will meet
<br />the executors at the County Court room February 24,1925,at 10 o'clock A.H.for the.purpose
<br />of presenting claims for adjustment and a,llowance,and that creditors are allowed four months
<br />from October 23,1924,in which to present their claims.

<br />. February 18,1925,claims filed by Jessie Eberhart and Lillie GaethXearing later held on .5,3
<br />claims and both rejected. No appeal taken.
<br />February 27,1925,order entered barring all claims not filed.
<br />March 15,1925,assignment filed by Carl Kluck and Ellen Kluck,his wife,being also a deed,
<br />conveying the interest of Carl Kluck to the NWJ of Blnck 119,01a,rkson Addition to the City of
<br />Schuyler,Nebraska,and also an undivided 1/9 interest to the SE-1 of Section 12,in Township 11;
<br />North,Range 11 jest of the 6th P. % , in Hall County,Nebra.ska,to the Banking House of F. Folda of
<br />Schuyler, Nebraska.
<br />No claims appear filed against said Estate except as above stated.
<br />Inventory shows real estate appraised at fl2tO00.00,and personal property appraised at
<br />asses.
