<br />Ashwege,children of Lillie Ashwege,deceased,one -fifth (1/5 part.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Mary Huebner has disposed of said real estate and that
<br />she has paid all expense in connection with said sale and that she has paid all cf the debts
<br />and claims against said estate and. all expense of administration and that she has made dis-
<br />tribution of the remaining monies received from the sale of said real estate and of the personal
<br />property possessed by the deceased,as directed in said will.
<br />The Court further finds that Sophia Louise Ashwege Ueckert,John Martin Ashwege and Mildred
<br />Ashwege Meyer,children of Lillie Ashwege,deceased and Emma Kampen and Wesley Scheibe,children
<br />of Charles Scheibe, deceased, have attained their majority and that their distributive share
<br />insaid estate has been paid direct to them and that Mary Huebner as trustee for Martha Ashwege
<br />and Mabel Scheibe,Edward Scheibe and Irene Scheibe has receipted for their distributive share
<br />of said estate going to said last named children who are minors.
<br />The Court further finds that said Executrix has paid to Edward Scheibe,Minnie Friedrtckser
<br />and Mary Huebner,the full distributive share going to said heirs and that receipts for the
<br />distributive shares of all of the legatees mentioned in said will are on file in this Court.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERE'D,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the final report of the Executrix be and
<br />the same is hereby allowed as and for her final accounting and she is discharged of her trust.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERE'D,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that all persons are forever barred from filing
<br />or setting up any claims against the Estate of William Scheibe, deceased and the same is fully
<br />settled and closed.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the distribution made by the Executrix is
<br />in conformitywi.th the provisions of said last will and testament of William Scheibe,deceased,
<br />and the property paid to th4 respective legatees is hereby awarded to them to have and to hold
<br />to them and their heirs forever.
