<br />of William Scheibe, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 12th day of
<br />December 1921,said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,probated
<br />and allowedes the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said William
<br />Scheibe,deceased,and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court afor esai

<br />Now on this 7th.day of Novenpber,1925 this cause came on for hearing upon the final account
<br />of Mary Huebner, Executrix of the Estate of William Scheibe, deceased and it appearing to the
<br />satisfaction of the Court that all persons interested in said estate have been notified by
<br />publication as by law and the orders of this Court required of the filing of said account
<br />and the time and place for hearing the same and there being no objection or protest qn file
<br />and no one appearing to object to the allowance of said account,the Court on examination
<br />thereof finds said account to be correct in all respects and that the same ought to be allows
<br />as and for the final account of said Executrix.
<br />The Court further finds that notice by publication as by law and the orders of this Court
<br />required has been given to all persons interested as to the time allowed for filing claims
<br />against said estate and the time fixed and place appointed for hearing on said claims and
<br />that said time has fully expired and that all claims filed against said estate have been
<br />paid and that all claims not so filed if any there be,are forever barred and precluded.
<br />The Court further finds that William Scheibe departed this life on the 9th.day of Novemb
<br />1921 while a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska, leaving a last will and test
<br />which instrument was on the 12th.day of December,1921,duly admitted to probate and is now
<br />on record in this Court.

<br />That the said William Scheibe ledt surviving him as his heirs at law and only heirs at lal,
<br />the following named persons:
<br />Edward.Scheibe,a son,Mary Huebner and Minnie Friedricksen,his daughters,Emma Kamper,Wesl
<br />Scheibe,Mabel Scheibe,Edward Scheibe,Irene Scheibe, children of Charles Scheibe,a deceased
<br />son,and Sophia Louise AshrYege Ueckert,John Martin Ashwege,Mildred Ashwege Meyer and Martha
<br />Ashwege,children of Lillie Ashwege,a deceased daughter.
<br />The Court further finds that the said William Scheibe was at the time of his death the
<br />owner of the East Half (E� of Lot Eight (8) and the West Half ( W�) of Lot Nine (9) in Block
<br />Sixty -one (61) of ',Wheeler and Bennett's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,and according to the provisions of said last will and testament said real estate
<br />was devised to Mary Huebner with authority to sell the same and after such sale to pay the
<br />net proceeds thereof after deducting expense incidental to said sale,together with all of th
<br />remaining,-personal property of the deceased,to the heirs at law of said William Scheibe as
<br />follows:
<br />To Edward Scheibe, one -fifth (1/5) part; to Mary Huebner, One -fifth (1/5) part; to Minnie
<br />Friedricksen,one -fifth (1/5) part,to Emma Kamper,7Pesley Scheibe,Mabel Scheibe,Edward SQheib
