After she has sold}; <br />said real estate',,.she'shall divic.e the net proceeds from such sale,after the payment of all <br />it <br />expenses incident to the sale thereof in accordance with the provisions of this willas the <br />the same were personal property. <br />When said executrix has reduced all my property to cash and has paid all my debts,funeral <br />expenses and other expenses my property shall then go into five equal parts as follows towit: !;i <br />One part shall go to my son Edward Scheibe, <br />One part to my daughter Mary Huebner. <br />One part to my daughter Minnie Friedricksen and to their respective heirs forever; <br />One part shall go to Mary Huebner Trustee for the children of my deceased son Charles Scheibe, <br />i <br />One part shall go to the four children of my deceased daughter Lillie Aschwege. In the eve�t <br />that any of them should be minors at the time of distribution said ary Huebner shall take th" <br />part otherwise belonging to such minor as trustee for such minor. <br />Said trustee Mary Huebner shall put such trust funds out at interest as may seem to her <br />to be best and shall make settlement with such minors when they respectively reach their ;m44� <br />r. <br />ority. <br />Dohe at Grand island this first day of November A.D.l9gO. <br />Wm.
