That at the time of her death the said Mary Jay,Deceased,was the oimer of an undivided <br />one- fourth''znterest in Lots 2,3,8,9 and 10,in Block 1,West's Subdivision of part of the Nor <br />east Quarter (NEJ) of Section 20,Township 11,North,Range 9,7fest of the 6th P.M. , in Grand Is- <br />land,Hall County,Nebraska,by fee simple title. <br />2. That the heirs at law and the only heirs at law of the said Mary Jay at the time of her <br />death were her children;towit:IsaacHenry Jay,a son,Alva Jay,a daughter,Mrs.Amy Shears,a <br />daughter,Albert Jay,a son,and Arley Jaya Son, <br />3.
