<br />SUPPLEMENTAL DECREE
<br />Now on this 7" day of December, 1925, this cause came on to be hear upon the application
<br />Of W.A.Prince,Administrator of the Estate of Mary Jay,deceased,for the correction of the
<br />Final Decree made in said case,and it appearing to the Court that no decree of heirship was
<br />made therein,and that at the time @f her death,the said Mary Jay was the owner of an undiv-
<br />ided one- fourth interest in Lots 2,3,8,9 and 10,in Block 1,71est's Subdivision of part of the
<br />Northeast Quarter of Section 202Township 11,North,Range 9,West of the 6th p.M.,in Hall County
<br />in the City of Grand Island, Nebra.ska;and that the-:omission to decree heirship therein casts a
<br />cloud upon the title of the heirs to said property,and that an inventory has been filed in th
<br />cause showing who are the heirs,and upon proper proof thereof, the court finds:
<br />1. That at the time of her death the said Mary Jay,Deceased,was the oimer of an undivided
<br />one- fourth''znterest in Lots 2,3,8,9 and 10,in Block 1,West's Subdivision of part of the Nor
<br />east Quarter (NEJ) of Section 20,Township 11,North,Range 9,7fest of the 6th P.M. , in Grand Is-
<br />land,Hall County,Nebraska,by fee simple title.
<br />2. That the heirs at law and the only heirs at law of the said Mary Jay at the time of her
<br />death were her children;towit:IsaacHenry Jay,a son,Alva Jay,a daughter,Mrs.Amy Shears,a
<br />daughter,Albert Jay,a son,and Arley Jaya Son,
<br />3. That said property descended by operation of law to said children, share and share alike.
<br />And it is so adjudged and decreed by this Court.
