Mullin, Judge of the County y, y y the 29th day of May 1923,the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Henry Schuff,deceased,was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 25th day of June 1923,said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,probated and allowed as the the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Henry Schuff,deceased,an the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of.the Court aforesaid. IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA In'the'Matter of the FINAL DECREE Estate of Henry Schuff, Deceased. Now on this first day of December,1925,this cause came on Jro be heard upon the Final Re- port of W.A.Prince,Executor of the last Will and Testament of Henry Schuff,deceased,it sat- isfactorily appearing to the Court from the proof now on file that all persons interested in the estate of said deceased have been notified by publication of the filing of said report and of the time appointed 2)r final settlement of said estate and that no one has appeared to object to or protest against the allowance of said report. ON EXAMINATION THEREOF the Court finds that said Executor received from all sources the $22,311.71 and 997 shares of the Capital Stock of Schuff and Sons -Hotel Company and that he has paid all claims filed and allowed against said estate as well as the expenses of admin- istration,and has distributed among the legatees under the Will of said Henry Schuff,all of �he of remainder of the property coming into his hands,as shown by receipts now on file in this office, and that his report is correct in all respects and ought to be allowed. THE COURT FINDS that said Executor has paid the Inheritance Tax assessed against the ester of said d eceased, THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that notice was given all creditors of said deceased,of the time j allowed and aplace appointed for filing claims against the estate of said aeceased,that th4 time allowed for filing claims has fully expired and that all claims outstanding against said, deceased or his estate,if any such there be,are therefore barred and excluded. The Court finds . that the said Henry Schuff departed this life on the 26th day of May,1923,' that he was at the time of his death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska,and that he left a last Will and Testament which instrument was duly proven,allowed and admitted: to probate in this Court on the 25th day of June,1923,and recorded in this office. The Court further finds that the said Henry Schuff left surviving him,-,as his heirs at law' and his only heirs at law,legatees and devisees the following named.persons :Hannah Schuff, his widow,and Lester E. Schuff,Frederick H. Schuff and Henry Schuff,Jr. his sons. The Court farther finds that in the last.Will and Testament of Henry Schuff,deceased,the homestead of said Henry Schuff was erroneously described as Lot 72Block 147,Railroad Addition to Grand Island,Nebraska,but that the said Henry Schuff by the devise in said Last Will and Testament intended to and did devise to his wife,for life,with remainder over to his Sons, Lot Seven (7) ,Block One hundred fourteen (114) ,Railroad Addition to Grand I sland,Nebraska. IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREEDBy the Court that Lot 7,Bloek 114,Railroad Addition to Grand Island,Nebraska did upon the death of Henry Schuff,deceased,pass and des- tend to Hannah Schuff,for life,with remainder over upon her death to Lester E.Schuff,Frederi H.
