<br />Schuff,deceased,was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 25th day of June 1923,said
<br />instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,probated and allowed as the
<br />the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Henry Schuff,deceased,an
<br />the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of.the Court aforesaid.

<br />Estate of Henry Schuff,
<br />Deceased.
<br />Now on this first day of December,1925,this cause came on Jro be heard upon the Final Re-
<br />port of W.A.Prince,Executor of the last Will and Testament of Henry Schuff,deceased,it sat-
<br />isfactorily appearing to the Court from the proof now on file that all persons interested in
<br />the estate of said deceased have been notified by publication of the filing of said report
<br />and of the time appointed 2)r final settlement of said estate and that no one has appeared
<br />to object to or protest against the allowance of said report.
<br />ON EXAMINATION THEREOF the Court finds that said Executor received from all sources the
<br />$22,311.71 and 997 shares of the Capital Stock of Schuff and Sons -Hotel Company and that he
<br />has paid all claims filed and allowed against said estate as well as the expenses of admin-
<br />istration,and has distributed among the legatees under the Will of said Henry Schuff,all of �he
<br />of
<br />remainder of the property coming into his hands,as shown by receipts now on file in this office,
<br />and that his report is correct in all respects and ought to be allowed.
<br />THE COURT FINDS that said Executor has paid the Inheritance Tax assessed against the ester
<br />of said d eceased,
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that notice was given all creditors of said deceased,of the time j
<br />allowed and aplace appointed for filing claims against the estate of said aeceased,that th4
<br />time allowed for filing claims has fully expired and that all claims outstanding against said,
<br />deceased or his estate,if any such there be,are therefore barred and excluded.
<br />The Court finds . that the said Henry Schuff departed this life on the 26th day of May,1923,'
<br />that he was at the time of his death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska,and
<br />that he left a last Will and Testament which instrument was duly proven,allowed and admitted:
<br />to probate in this Court on the 25th day of June,1923,and recorded in this office.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Henry Schuff left surviving him,-,as his heirs at law'
<br />and his only heirs at law,legatees and devisees the following named.persons :Hannah Schuff,
<br />his widow,and Lester E. Schuff,Frederick H. Schuff and Henry Schuff,Jr. his sons.
<br />The Court farther finds that in the last.Will and Testament of Henry Schuff,deceased,the
<br />homestead of said Henry Schuff was erroneously described as Lot 72Block 147,Railroad Addition
<br />to Grand Island,Nebraska,but that the said Henry Schuff by the devise in said Last Will and
<br />Testament intended to and did devise to his wife,for life,with remainder over to his Sons,
<br />Lot Seven (7) ,Block One hundred fourteen (114) ,Railroad Addition to Grand I sland,Nebraska.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREEDBy the Court that Lot 7,Bloek 114,Railroad
<br />Addition to Grand Island,Nebraska did upon the death of Henry Schuff,deceased,pass and des-
<br />tend to Hannah Schuff,for life,with remainder over upon her death to Lester E.Schuff,Frederi H.
