1 <br />D <br />1 <br />1 <br />69,4 <br />FINAL DECREE <br />HALL COUNTY <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA. <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE <br />OF FINIAL DECREE. <br />PEARL E. CAMPBELL,DECEASED. <br />Now on VlAs 21st day of November. 1925, this cause came on to be heard upon the final report <br />Julius Boedlr; heretofore duly appointed and qualified administrator of the estate of Pearl E. <br />Campbell. deo eased, and it appearing �o the satisfaction of the Court from the proof now on <br />file that notice as required by law and by order of Court was given to all persons interested <br />in the estate of said deceased,of the filing of said report and. of the time appointed for fin- <br />al settlement of said estate,and that no one has appeared to object to or protest against the <br />allowance of said Administrator's Account. <br />ON EXAMINATION THEREOF THE COURT FINDS that said Administrator has accounted for all of the <br />property of said deceased,coming into his hands or under his control,and that there remains no <br />money or other property in his hands for distribution,and that his report is correct in every <br />respect and ought to be allowed as and for the final account of said administrator. <br />THE COURT FINDS that notice as required by law was given to all creditors of said deceased, <br />of the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against the estate of said deceased <br />and that the time allowed for filing claims against said estate has fully expired; that all <br />claims outstanding against said deceased not so filed and within the time allowed for filing <br />claims,if any such there be,are therefore,forever barred and excluded. <br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED BY THE COURT that the report of said Administrator be. and the <br />same�,approved and allowed as and for his final account. <br />IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED BY THE COURT that all persons are forever barred and <br />precluded from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of said Pearl <br />E. Campbell,and that said estate is settled and closed. <br />THE COURT FINDS that said Pearl E.61ampbell departed this life on the 31st day of March,1925, <br />that she was immediately preceding her death a resident and inhhbitant of Hall County,Nebraska, <br />and that she died intestate,leaving surviving her as her heirs at law and her only heirs at <br />law,Parker B.Campbell,her husband,Julius Boeck,her father and Dora Boeck,her mother. <br />THE COURT FINDS that the said Pearl E.Campbell left no child and no child of a deceased <br />child surviving her. <br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that the said Pearl E.Campbell died seized in fee of the following <br />described real estate situate in the County of $fall and State of Nebraska, to-wi t: <br />Lot Eight (S) in Block Two (2) in Gilbert's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island,and <br />that under and by virtue of the Law of Descent of Real Estate in the State of Nebraska the <br />above mentioned and described real estate did pass and descend at her death in the manner foll- <br />owing,to -wit: To Parker B. Campbell,her husband,an undivided one -half (j) t3;ereof,and to Julius <br />Boeek and Dora Boeck,her parente,an undivided one -half (j) thereof, subject to the homestead <br />right of the said Parker B. Campbell,in and to said real estate. <br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT,that all of the right,title and <br />interest of Pearl E.Campbell in and to Lot Eight in Block Two in Gilbert's Second Addition to <br />the City of Grand Island,in Hall County,Nebraska,did descend at her death by operation of law, <br />in the manner following: <br />An undivided one -half thereof to Parker B. Campbell,her husband,and An undivided one -half th'ore- <br />of to Julius Boeck and Dora Boeck,her parents,the latter taking,subject to the homestead right <br />of the said Parker B.Campbell,therein,and said property is by the Court awarded to them. <br />J.
