<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRAS$A#_
<br />In the matter of the estate
<br />of Henry L. Barrick, FINAL DECREE.
<br />Deceased.
<br />Now,on this 24th day of October, 1925, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
<br />Bertha E. Barrick;executrix of the last will and testament of Henry L. Barrick,deceased,and upon her
<br />petition for the settlement of said estate and her discharge herein,and the Court having examined
<br />the records and files and being fully advised in the premises,finds that due and legal notice
<br />has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place fixed for a hea *ing
<br />upon said report and petition as heretofore ordered by the Court,and the Court having examined 1
<br />said report,and no one Appearing to object to the same,finds that said report is true and oorreOt
<br />in all things and that the same ought to be approved and allowed as and for the final report of
<br />said executrix,said estate settled and closed and said executrix discharged.
<br />The Court further finds than due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time
<br />and place fixed for filing .claims against said estate,and that the time so fixed has fully ex.
<br />pired and that all persons having claims against said estate,if any such there be,are forever
<br />barred and excluded from setting up any such claims against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Henry L. Barrie died seized as the owner,by fee simple
<br />title,of the following described real estate situated in the county of Hall and state of Nebraslta,
<br />to-wit: Lots Four (4) ,Five (5),a.nd Six (6),in Block Sie7en ( ?),and an undivided one -fifth
<br />of Lots Six (6) and seven (7),in Block six (6),all in Dodds & Marshall's Addition to the Iillagd
<br />of Wood River,and an undivided one -third of the south half of the southwest quarter of Section
<br />Thirty (30),in Township Ten (10),North,Range Eleven (11) West of the Sixth P.M.,and that under
<br />the terms and provisions of the last will and testament of the said Henry L.Barrick,deceased,th
<br />samepassed,by absolute title,to Bertha E *Barrick,surviving widow of said deceased.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGE D AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final..report of the said

<br />Bertha E. Barrid;as executrix of the last will and testament of the said Henry L. Barrick,deceaedd,
<br />be,and the same hereby is ,allowed and approved as and for her final report,said estate is hereby
<br />settled and closed and said executrix discharged.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against
<br />the estate of the said Henry L.Barrick,deoeased,if any such there be,are forever barred,excludeti,

<br />and enjoined from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate:

<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that under the terms and provisions 3
<br />ofthe last will and testament of the said Henry L.Barrick,deceased,the real estate hereinb6fere
<br />described passes,by absolute title,to Bertha E.Barriek,surviving widow of said deceased and
<br />distribution thereof is hereby accordingly made.
