<br />In the Name of God,Amen.
<br />I Henry L.Barrick of Wood River,County of Hall,State of Nebraska,temporgrily domi ciled in
<br />the District of Columbia,being of sound and disposing mind,memory and understanding,consider-
<br />ing the certainty of death and the uncertainty of the time t #ereof,and being desirous to settle
<br />my worldly affairs,and thereby be the better prepaaikd_ -to leave this world when it shall please
<br />the Almighty to call me hence,do therefore make and publish this my last Will and Testament,
<br />hereby revoking and annulling all wills by me heretofore made,in Aver and form following,
<br />that is to say:
<br />First,and prineipally,I commit my soul into the hands of Almighty God,and my body to the
<br />earth,to be decently buried at the:discretton of my executrix hereinafter named;and my Will is,
<br />that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid by my executrix hereinafter named
<br />as soon after my decease as shall be convenient;
<br />Second,I give,devise and bequeath to my wife,Bertha E.Barrick,absolutely my entire estate,
<br />both real and p ersonal,of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situated,now owned or hereafter ac-
<br />quired or in which I may have any interest at the time of my death.

<br />And Lastly I do hereby nomonate,constitute and appoint my wife,Bertha E.Barrick,executrix
<br />of this my last Will and Testament,and I desire that my executria hereinbefore named shall
<br />not be required to give bond for the f aithful performance of the duties of that office.

<br />ington,District of Columbia this thirteenth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand

<br />L.Barrick,deceased,was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 290 day of February 1925,
<br />said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,probated and allowed as
<br />the last will and testament of.the real and personal estate of said Henry L.Barriek,deoeased,
<br />and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
