<br />The Court further finds that the said Lucy A.Ennis died seized of the owner,by fee simple
<br />title,of Lots One (1),Two (2),Three (3),and Four (4),and the east half of the west half of Section
<br />Thirty (30),in Township Eleven (11) North,Range Fifty -three (53) West of the 6th P.M.,in Logan
<br />County,Colorado,and under the terms and provisions of the last will and testament of, the said
<br />Lucy A.Sis,deeeased,the same passes,by absolute title,to,Margaret Jane Ennis Falmlen,Eudora
<br />Ellen Ennis Morefield,Archilbald Sweatland Ennis,and Lemuel Rudolph Ennis,sons and daughters
<br />of said deceased,and residuary legatees and devisees under #der last will and testament,share and
<br />share alike.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the said
<br />The Grand Island Loan & Trust Company,executor,be,and the same hereby is,in all things,approved
<br />and allowed as and for its final report,said estate is hereby settled and closed and said executor

<br />of the last will and testament of the said Lucy A.Ennis,deceased,Lots 1,2 .,3and 4,and the east
<br />half of the west half of section 30,in Township 11,North,Range 53 West of the 6th Principal
<br />Meridian,in Logan County,Colorado,passes,by absolute tithe,to Margaret Jane Ennis Falmlen,Eudora
<br />Ellen Ennis Morefield,Archibald Sweatland Ennis,and Lemuel Rudolph Ennis,song and daughters of
<br />said deceased,and residuary devisees under the will,by absolute title,share-and:Ohare alike,
<br />and distribution thereof is hereby accordingly made.
