<br />4th day of February 1925,the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Lucy
<br />A. Ennis,deceased. was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 28" day of February 1925,
<br />said instrument to which this certificate is attgched was duly proved,probated and allowed
<br />as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Lucy A.Ennis,deceased,
<br />and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />In the matter of the estate
<br />of Lucy A. Ennis,
<br />Deceased.
<br />FINAL DECREE.
<br />Now,on this 6th day of November, 1925, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report
<br />of The Grand Island Loan & Trust Company,executor of the last will and testament of Lucy A.
<br />Ennis,deceased,and upon its petition for the settlement of said estate and its discharge herein,
<br />and the Court having examined therecords and files and being fully advised in the premises,
<br />finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the
<br />time and place fixed for a hearing upotY- said report,as heretofore ordered by the Court,and
<br />the Court having examined said report,together with the vouchers on file,and no one 47tng
<br />appeared to object to the same,finds that said report is true and correct in all things and
<br />that the:same ought to be approved and allowed as and for the final report of said executor,
<br />said estate settled and closed and said executor discharged.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time
<br />and place ffixed for lil %19 claims against said estate,and that the time so fixed has fully ex-
<br />pired,and all persons having claims against said estate,if any such there be,are forever barr.
<br />ed and emcluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that said executor has fully accounted for all the property belonging
<br />to said estate which has come into its possession or under its control,and there remains of
<br />the personal estate of said deoeased,after the payment of all debts against said estate,the
<br />funeral expenses of said deeeased,and the costs of this proceeding,the two notes inventoried
<br />by said executor,one for WO.00,signed by Archibald S. Ennis and wife,and one for WO.00
<br />signed by Charles S.Shaffer and wife,both secured by real estate mortgages,and by agreement of
<br />all the legatees under the last will and testament of said deceased,said notes have been en.
<br />dorsed and.transferred to The Grand Island Loam & Trust Company,as trustee for Margaret Jane
<br />Ennis Falden,Eudora Ellen Ennis Morefield,Archi,bald Sweatland Ennis,and Lemuel Rudolph Ennis,
<br />residuary legatees under the last will and testament of said Lucy A.Ennis,deoeased,and that in
<br />order to effect a present settlement of said estate said executor has personally adv$nded the
<br />sum of $24.84,to be refunded to it our of the proceeds from said notes and mortgages,and that
<br />nothing further remains ti the hands of said executor belonging to said estate,and that said
<br />estate is not subject to an inheritance tax under the laws of the state of Nebraska,nor to a
<br />Federal estate tax under the laws of the United States.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Lucy A.Ennis died seized as the owner,by fee simple
<br />title,of Lot Five (5),in Block Twenty -one (21),of the Original Town,now City,of Grand Island,
<br />in Hall County,Nebraska,and that under the terms and provisions of the last will and testament
<br />of'the said Lucy A.Ennis,deceased,the same passes,by absolute title,to Eudora Ellen Ennis More -
<br />field,a daughter of said deceased.
