<br />WILL.CERTIFICATE AND FINAL DECREE
<br />I,Lucy A. Ennis ,widow,of Grand Island, Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing memory,do
<br />make and publish this,my last will and.testament,in the manner and form following,that is to say:
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct that my just debts,if any,and the expenses attending my burial,be first paid out of
<br />my personal estate.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I give and devise to my beloved daughter,Eudora Ellen Ennis Morefield,in the event she sur-
<br />viv6s!,me,Lot Five,in Block Twenty -one, in the Original Town,now City,of Grand Island, in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />THIRD.
<br />I give and bequeath to my beloved daughter,Margaret J.Falmlen,in the event she survives me,
<br />MY sideboard,china closet,round table,kitdhen cupboard,and kitchen table.
<br />FOURTH.
<br />I give and bequeath to my said daughter,LUora Ellen his Morefield,in the event she survives
<br />me,my cherry bedroom set of three pieces,three large rugs,stair and hall carpets,my kitchen cab..
<br />inet,and cupboard matching same,six cane - seated chairs, rocker; sofa, and such pictures as she may
<br />sel ec t.
<br />FIFTH.
<br />I give and bequeath to my beldved son,Lemuel R.Ennis,his father's picture,army register,
<br />Indian execution,and Certificate 32 D. A. F & A M,living flag,and gold watch chain and charm.
<br />SIXTH.
<br />I give,devise,and bequeath all the rest,residue,and remainder of my estate,both real and
<br />personal,and whether now held by me or hereafter acquired,and including lapsed devises or legacies
<br />hereunder,to my beloved children Margaret Jane Ennis Falmlen,Eudora Ellen Ennis Morefield,Arch-
<br />ibald Sweatland Ennis,and Lemuel Rudolph Ennis,ind to the survivors of them living at the time
<br />of my death,share and share alike.
<br />SEVENTH.
<br />I nominate and appoint the Grand Island Loan & Trust Company,of Grand Island,Nebraska,as
<br />executor. of this will.
