<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims again-.
<br />st the estate of said Joseph P.Peters,deeeased,if any such there be,ar a forever barred and
<br />enjoined and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that under the - -terms of the will of
<br />said Joseph P.Petere,deoeaeed,all of the personal property,including household furniture,
<br />wearing appaxel,and ornaments,of said deceased,passed and descended to his widow,Elizabeth
<br />Peters,for and during her natural life,and the remainder to be divided equally among the chil&-
<br />ren of the deceased, to -wit: Edward M. Peters, George C. Peters,Ernest W. Peters, Arthur B. Peters,
<br />Everett L.Peters,and Josephine Peters Roush.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that under the terms of the will of
<br />said Joseph P.Peters,deoeased,all of the real estate,to -wit:
<br />Lots Three (3) and Four (4) in Block Four (4),Lakeview Addition to the city of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska;.
<br />The northeast Quarter of Section. Eleven (11),In Township Fourteen (14),Range Seven (7) West
<br />of 6th P.M. ,Merrick County, Nebraska;
<br />The southwest quarter of Section Twelve (12) Township Fourteen (14),Range Seven (7) West
<br />6th P.M.,Merrick County,Nebraska;
<br />The northwest quarter of Section Thirteen (13),Township Fourteen (14),Range Seven (7) West
<br />6th P. M. Merrick County,Nebraska.
<br />The east half of the northeast quarter and Tax Lot Twenty -one (21) in the west half of the
<br />northeast quarter of Section Nine (9),Township Fourteen (14),Range Ten (10) West 6th P.M. in
<br />Howard County,Nebraska,
<br />passed and descended to his widow,Elizabeth Peters,for and during her natural life,devising
<br />to her a life estate in all of said real estate,and at her death all of said real estate passes
<br />and descends to the children of said Joseph P. Peters as follows: Edward M. Peters,George C. Peters,-
<br />Ernest W.Peters,Arthur B.Peters,Everett L.Peters,and Josephine Peters Roush,share and share alike.
