<br />in the premises,finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said
<br />estate of the time and place fixed for the hearing upon said report,as heretofore ordered by the
<br />Court.
<br />And the Court,having examined the final report,together with all other files and the testimoney
<br />offered in support thereof ,finds: that said report , is true and correct in all things,and should
<br />be allowed and °-approved as and for the final report of said Executrix.
<br />The Court further finds that said Joseph P. Peters,deceased,departed this life at his residence
<br />in Hall County,Nebraska,on the 12th day of December,1924tand at the time of his death he was a
<br />resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska,and that the last will and testament of said
<br />Joseph P.Peters was duly proven,allowed,and admitted to probate in this Court on the 7th day of
<br />February,1925,and the said Elizabeth Peters was appointed and was duly qualified as Executrix
<br />thereunder.
<br />The Court further finds that said Joseph P.Peters,left him surviving,his widow,Elizabeth
<br />Peters,and the following children:Edward M.Peters,George C.Peters,Ernest W.Peters,Arthur B.Peters,
<br />Everett L. Peters,and Josephine Peters Roush.
<br />The Court further finds that said Joseph P.Peters left all of his real and personal property
<br />to Elizabeth Peters,his widow,for and during her natural life,and the remainder,at her death,
<br />to be dividedequally among his surviving children.
<br />The Court further finds that said Joseph P.Peters died seized as the owner in fee simple of
<br />the following described real estate:
<br />Lots Three ( 3 ) and Four (4) in Block Four (4) , Lakeview Addition to the city of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County,Nebraska;
<br />The northeast quarter of Section Eleven (11),in Township Fourteen (14),Range Seven (7) West
<br />of 6th P. M. ,Merrick County, Nebraska;
<br />The Southwest quarter of Section Twelve (12) ,Township Fourteen (14) ,Range Seven ( 7) West
<br />6th P. M. ,Merrick County, Nebraska;
<br />The northwest quarter of Section - Thirteen (13),Township Fourteen (14),Range seven (7) West
<br />6th P.M.,Merrick County,Nebraska; The east half of the northeast quarter and Tax Lot Twenty —one
<br />(21) in the west half of lAw northeast quarter of Section Nine (9),Township Fourteen (14),Range
<br />Ten (10) West 6th P. M. ,in Howard County,Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that under and by virtue of said last will and testament of said Joseph
<br />P.Peters,all of said real estate herein described passed and descended to Elizabeth Peters,his
<br />widow,for and cUring her natural life,and upon her death,the remaindarr vests in his said children,
<br />Edward M. Peters,George C. Peters,Ernest W. Peters,Arthur B. Peters,Everett L. Peters,and Josephine
<br />Peters Roush,share and share alike.
<br />The Court further finds that the estate of said Joseph P.Peters was subject to inheritance
<br />tax and the same has been paid,and that the Executrix has paid all of the funeral expenses,
<br />debts of the deceased,and costs of administxation,and that said estate ought to be closed and
<br />said Executrix discharged.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time
<br />and place fixed for filing claims against the estate of said Joseph P.Peters,deceased,and that
<br />the time so fixed has fully expired,and that all persons having claims against the estate of
<br />said Joseph P.Petere,deeeased,if any such there be,and not filed herein,are forever barred and
<br />excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT I3,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the final report of said
<br />Elizabeth Peters,Executrix of the last will and testament of Joseph P.Peters,deceased,be,and
<br />the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for her final report,and that said Executrix
<br />is hereby discharged and her bond released,and said estate is hereby settled and closed.
