<br />I, Joseph P. Peters,of...... in the County of Merrick, State of Nebraska,being of sound mind and
<br />memory,and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life,do therefore make,
<br />ordain,publish and declare this to be my last IrTLL AND TESTANZIT:
<br />FIR ST,I order and direct tl t my Executrix hereinafter named,pay all my just debts and fun -

<br />eral expenses as soon after my decease as conventerstly may be.
<br />SECOND,After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts,I give,devise and bequeath unto
<br />my beloTdd wife Elizabeth Peters all of my property both real estate and personal of which I
<br />might die possessed the same to be for her use and benefit during her natural life.
<br />Third. - - - - -- -After the death of my wife the said Elizabeth Peters I desire that all of my
<br />property shall be divided between my surviving children equally,share and share alike. - - --
<br />LASTLY,I make,constitute and appoint my wife Elizabeth Peters to be Executrix of this my F
<br />last Will and Testament,hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal,the 27th day of
