<br />The Court further finds that said estate is not liable for any inheritance tax or war bstate

<br />That the report of saidadministr.ator is by the Court found to be correet,and should be allowed
<br />as his final account in settlement of said estate.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED,ORDERED AND ADJUDGED by the Court: lst.That the report of said ad.
<br />ministrator,Fred Buddecke,be and the same is hereby in all things approved and allowed.
<br />2nd. That the real estate of which said deceased died seized and in possession,to -wit:
<br />One -third interest in and to the Southwest Quarter (SWj) and the North half (NJ) of the Sou'kh.-
<br />east Quarter (SE +) of Section Twenty four (24),Twp.9,Range 9,West of the 6th P. M. in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska;_and
<br />One - third interest in and to the West 54 feet Lot 4,Block 1 Hamsher's Addition to Hastings,
<br />Adams County,Nebraska
<br />be and the some is hereby assigned as follows:
<br />To Anna Schlachter,daughter,Louise Conrad,daughter,Fred Buddecke,son and Marie Buddecke,daughter,
<br />to each an undivikd one -fifth (1/5) thereof; and to Beatrice A. L. Rieflin,Wayne C. R.Rieflin and
<br />Myrna M. M. Rieflin, grand clkildren,to each an undivided one- fifttlenth (1/15) thereof,to them and
<br />their heirs forever,all in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska in such cases made
<br />and provided.
<br />And the personal property remaining in the hands of the administrator aforesaid,to -sit: cash
<br />in, the amount of $199.49 be and the same is hereby assigned as follows:

<br />to them and their assigns all in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska in such cases

<br />3rd. That all claims and expenses of said deceased have been fully paid,settled and satisfied
<br />and that Fred Buddecke,as such administrator is entitled to his discharge and hk is hereby dis.
<br />charged from his trust his Letters of Administration are hereby cancelled and his Bond released
<br />upon his filing vouchers showing distribution of the above described personal property as above
<br />ordered.
