<br />DECREE OF FINAIL ACCOMIT AND DISTRIBUTION OF ESTATE.

<br />Adams County, In the County Court of said County:
<br />At a session of the County Court held in and for said County,at the County Court Room,in the
<br />City of Hastings,County of Adams,and State of Nebraska.

<br />DISTRIBUTION OF ESTATE.
<br />LOUISE BUDDECK,Deceased.
<br />Now on this 11th day of August,1925,this matter comes on for hearing upon the petition of
<br />Fred Buddecke,administrator of the estate of Louise Buddeeke,deceased,praying for the allowance
<br />of his account filed and for hLe discharge. from said trust.
<br />The Court finds that due and legal ndtioe has been given of the time and place of this hear-
<br />Ing as required by law and that the Court has 5urisdiotion over said estate and the persons
<br />i
<br />interested therein.
<br />The matter comes on for hearing upon the said petition and report of said administrator and
<br />in consideration of the evidence adduced and an examination of the files in this matter,the
<br />Court finds:
<br />That Louise Buddecke departed this life intestate on the 3rd day of September,1924,at Hastingo,
<br />Adams County,Nebraska,which was at the time of her death and for many years prior thereto her
<br />residence and domicile.
<br />That on November let,1924,Fred Buddecke was by this Court duly appointed as administrator
<br />of said estate;that he duly qualified as such and has been acting in that capacity sites.

<br />That said deceased left surviving her as her sole and only heirs at law,next of kin and the
<br />only persons interested in her estate the following named persons,to -wit:
<br />Anna Schlachter ,daughter,Qlenvil,Nebraska;
<br />Louise Conrad,Doniphan,Nebraska;
<br />Fred Buddecke,son,Doniphan,Nebraska;
<br />Marie Buddeoke ,daughter,Hastings,Nobraska;
<br />Beatrice Rieflin,grand daughter,Hastings,Nebraska;
<br />Wayne Rieflin,grand son,Hastings,Nebraska;

<br />said grand children being the children of Dora Rieflin,formerly Dora Buddecke,who died prior to
<br />the date of the death of Louise Buddecke deceased;that said deceased left no husband and no
<br />other child or children nor the issue of any other deceased child her surviving;that all of
<br />said children are of full legal age,lbut the grand children named herein are minors and their
<br />father,Adolph Rieflin j s their duly appointed qualified and acting guardian;that Beatrice
<br />Wayne Rgiflin and Merna Rgiflin are one and the same persons as Beatrice A. L. Rieflin,Aayne
<br />C. R. Ri eflin and Myrna M. M. Rieflin and their real and true names are Beatrice A. L. Rieflin,Wayne
<br />C.R. Rieflin and Myrna M. M. Rieflin
<br />That said deceased died seised and in possession of the following described real estate,to -wit:
<br />One -third (j) interest in and to the South -west Quarter (SW +) and the North Half (NJ) of the
<br />South -east Quarter (SEJ) of Section Twenty -four (24) ,Twp. 9,Rangs 9,West of the 6th P. M. in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska; and
<br />One -third (f) interest in and to the west 54 feet of Lot 4,Block 1 Hamsher's Addition to Has
<br />ings,Adams County,Nebraska
<br />and that there remains in the hands of the administrator aforesaid the sum of $185.99 in cash
<br />for distribution. e
<br />That due notice was given to all persons to file claims against said estate as provided by la�:
<br />,that all claims filed and allowed have been paid as shown by the report of said administrator
<br />including the expenses of the last sickness of said deceased,her funeral charges and the costs
<br />`of administering her estate,and that all claims not filed and allowed against said estate should
