<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF
<br />RUDOLPH G. LUCAS. DECREE.
<br />DECEASED
<br />Now on this 5th.day of October, 1925, this matter came on for hearing upon the final report of
<br />Louise Lucas,Administratrix of the Estate of Rudolph G.Lucas,deceased,afteid due publication of
<br />notice as by La.w and the orders of this Court required and the Court having examined said report
<br />and being dully advised in the premises,finds that the same is in all respects correct,an d the
<br />same ought to be and hereby is approved and allowed.
<br />The Court further finds that due notice by publication,as by Law and the orders of this Court
<br />required,has been given to all persons interested in said Estate as to the time fixed and place
<br />appointed for filing claims against said Estate and that said time has fully expired and that
<br />all claims filed against said Estate have been paid in full and that all claims not so filed.,
<br />if any such there be, are forever barred and excluded.
<br />The Court further finds that Rudolph G. Lucas,departed this life on the 11th. day of December,
<br />1924,while a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska,and that he died int estate,le aving
<br />surviving him,Louise Lucas,his widow and Ella Gray,Anna Beman and Frieda Lucas,his daughters,
<br />and that at the time of his death,he was the owner in fee df the East Half (EJ) of Section Twelve
<br />(12) ,Township Twelve (12) ,North,Range Ten (10)-West of the 6th. P. M. ,Hall County,Nebraska,and that
<br />upon the death of said Rudolph G.Lucas,said property descended by operation of law to Louise
<br />Lucas,a. one- third interest,and to Ella Gray,Anna Beman and Frieda Lucas,an undivided two - thirds
<br />interest in equal shares.
<br />The Court further finds that Louise Lucas has been paid the sum of Six Hundred ($600.00) Dollars
<br />out of the personal property as a widow's allowance and said payment is hereby approved and allowed.
<br />IT IS ,THEREFORE,CONSIDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that all claims filed against said Estate have
<br />been paid in full and that all claims not so file.d,if any such there be,be and the same are hereby
<br />forever barred and precluded.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the final report of the Administratrix be and
<br />the same is hereby allowed and that the East Half (EJ) of Section Twelve (12),Township Twelve
<br />(12) North,Range Ten (10 ) West of the 6th. P. M. ,Hall County,Nebraska,passed and descended by opera-
<br />tion of Law upon the death of Rudolph G.Lneas as follows:
<br />To Louise Lucas,his widow,an undivided one+ -third O interest in fee;to Ella Gray,Anna Beman
<br />and Frieda Lucas,a.n undivided two - thirds (2/3) interest in equal shares in fee,and the same is
<br />hereby so awarded to them,said Estate closed and the Administratrix discharged.
