<br />(S" SW-,1) of Section Twenty -five (25),Township Twelve (12) North,Range Eleven (11),West of
<br />the 6th P. M. ,Hall County,Nebraska,passed and descended as provided in said last will and testa-4
<br />ment of the deceased to AugustaBoldt for and during her natural life and upon her death,to
<br />Arthur Boldt in fee simple subject however,to a charge of Six thousand ($6,000.00) Dollars to
<br />be paid by said Arthur Boldt upon the death of Augusta Boldt as follows:
<br />To Martha Rauert,the sum of Three Thousand ($3,000.00) Dollars and to Richard Boldt the sum
<br />of Three Thousand ($3,000.00) Dollars. `
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Lot One (1) in Block Ten (10) of the original
<br />town,now City of Grand Island,Nebraska,passed and descended according to the provisions of
<br />said last will and testamertt,to Augusta Boldt to have and to hold for and during her natural
<br />life with the remainder over to Edward Boldt and Rudolph Boldt,in equal shares,to have and to
<br />hold to, them and their heirs forever,and said property is hereby so awarded to them and each
<br />of them as by said last will and testament provided.
