<br />The Court further finds that the household furniture and personal effects have been distributed
<br />and delivered to said heirs,at -law.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time
<br />"! and place fixed for filing claims against the estate of said Henry B. Groff and that the time
<br />so fixed has fully expired and that all persons having claims against the estate of Henry B.
<br />i
<br />Groff,deceased,if any such there be,and not filed herein,are forever barred and excluded from
<br />setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the final report of said William Suhr,
<br />Administrator of the estate of Henry B.Groff,deceased,be and the same is hereby approved and
<br />allowed as and for his final report,and said Administrator is hereby discharged and his bond
<br />released and said estate is hereby settled and closed.
<br />It is,further ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that all persons having claims
<br />against the estate of Henry B. Groff,deceased,if any such there be,are forever barred, enjoined
<br />and precluded from setting up or asserting suctL claims against said estate.

<br />It is further ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the real estate described as follows: a
<br />Lot 9 in Block 10 in Packer & Barr's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebra ,

<br />did pass and descend,under the laws of descent of the State of Nebraska,at the death of said
<br />Henry B.Groff,also known as H.B.Groff,deceased,to his sole and only heirs - at- law,Grace W.Groff
<br />and Ruth Behr,in equal shares,each taking an undivided one -half interest in fee simple.
