<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL CQUNTY,NEBRASKA.
<br />In the Matter of the Estate of
<br />FINAL DECREE.
<br />Henry B.Groff,Deceased.
<br />Now on this 15 day of October,1925$this cause came on for hearing upon the final report
<br />of William Suhr,Administrator of said estate,and the Court having axamined the records and.files,
<br />and being fully advised in the premises,finds that due and legal notice has been given to all
<br />persons interested in said estate of the time and place fixed for the hearing upon sald report,
<br />as heretofore ordered by the Court.
<br />And the Court having examined the final report,together with all other files,and the testimony
<br />offered in support thereof,finds that said report is true and correct in all things and ought
<br />to be allowed and approved as and for the final report of said administrator.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Henry B.Groff departed this life on the 16" day of
<br />August,1924,at his residence in Hall County,N.ebraskaland at the time of his death was a rebident
<br />and inhabitant of said County of Hall and State of Nebraska,thqt a petition was filed for the
<br />appointment of an administrator,and William Suhr was appointed and qualified as such.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Henry B. Groff under the name of H.B.Groff died seized
<br />of the following described real estate$to—wit: Lot 9 ih Block 10 in Packer & Barr's Addition to
<br />the City of Grand IslandHall CountyNebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that said Henry B. Groff left surviving him as his sole and only heirs
<br />at law.two daughters,Grace W. Groff and Ruth Behf';Lnd the aforesaid real estate,under the laws of
<br />descent of the State of Nebraska,passed and descended to said Grace W.Groff and Ruth Be4r,in
<br />equal shares.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate was not subject to inheritance tax under the laws of
<br />the State of Nebraska,that said administrator has paid all the fuheral expenses and debts of
