<br />of the last will and testament of the said Frank S.West,deceased,Mary West,his surviving widow,
<br />takes a life estate: in the real estate hereinbefore described,and subject only to the life estate
<br />of the said Mary West,that said real estate passes,by absolute title,to Hiram Raymond West,a
<br />son of said deceased,a.nd distribution thereof is hereby accordingly made.

<br />I,Samuel McClurkin,Sr.of Cameron Township in the County of Hall State of Nebraska,being of
<br />sound mind and memory and considering the uncertainty of this :frail and transitory life,do
<br />therefore make,ordain,publish and declare this to be my last WILL AND TESTAMENT:
<br />FIRST. I order and direct that my Executrix hereinafter named,pa.y all my just debts and fun-
<br />eral expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />SECOND, After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give, devise and bequeath unto
<br />my beloved wife,Elizabeth McClurkin,a life estate in the following described property,to wit:
<br />the The East Half of the Northwest Quarter (EJ of $t. W. 4) of section Thirty two (32),Tounship
<br />Eleven North,Range Twelve 'lest of the 6th,P. M. ,and the North Half of the Southeast Quarter,
<br />(NJ of SE') of section Thirty (30),and the North Half of the Northeast Quarter,( NJ of NE�)
<br />of Section 31 all in township Eleven (11) North,Range Twelve (12) West of the Sixth P.M.
<br />in Hall County,Nebreska. This bequest being made with the understanding that no mortgages shall
<br />be placed upon said property during the life of My,beloved Wife,Elizabeth McClurkin
<br />I further bequeath unto my Children,Ida May Houtsinger, Samuee G. McClurkin and Thomas J. Mc-
<br />Clurkin,the above described real estate,share and share alike in the said premisez ;said property
<br />to pass directly to the said beloved children upon the decease of my said belived wife.
<br />My four shares of Stock in the Prarie Creek Hall I wish to have transferred diremtly to my
<br />son Thomas J. McClurkin.
<br />My four shares of stock in the Grange Elevator Co.of Shelton,Nebr.I wish to hav6 go directly
<br />to my son Samuel G. McC lurk in.
