<br />The Court finds that under and by virtue of the provisions of said last will and testament,
<br />all of the right,title and interest of the said Karl W.Happold,in and to the above described
<br />real estate,did.pass and descend at his death to Lena Happold,his widow,for the term of her

<br />natural life and at her death to August Happold,Minnie Cutshaw,Bertha Newhaulfen,Anna Schmidt,
<br />Louise Happold,Christian Happold,Henry Happold,Karl Happold,Paul Happold and Marie Happold,
<br />children of st%d deceased,share and share alike,to have and to hold to them and theirheirs
<br />forever.
<br />IT IS , THERE -FORE ,CONSIDERED by the Court that the report of said Executrix be, and the same
<br />is approved and allowed as and for her final account.
<br />IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED -by the Court that all persons are forever barred
<br />from filing or setting up ably claims or demands against the Estate of said Karl W.Happold,
<br />deceased.
<br />IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that Fractional Lot One_(1)
