<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the report of the said
<br />William Conlogue,Jr.,as executor of the last will and testament of said Gertrude B.Sommer,
<br />deceased,be,and the same hereby is,approved and allowed as and for his final report,said
<br />estate is hereby settled and c losed,and said executor discharged.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims
<br />against the estate of said Gertrude B.Sommer,deeeased,if any such there be,are forever barred
<br />and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERLD,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that under the terms and provisions
<br />of the last will and testament of the said Gertrude B.Sommer,deceased,the undivided one -third
<br />of Lot Lin Block,15,in Russel Wheeler's Addition to the city of Grand Island,in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,passed,by absolute title,to Gertrude Hall and Roberta Hall,daughtere of said do'
<br />ceased,share and share alike,and distribution thereof is hereby accordingly made.

<br />William Yarmon,Deceased.
<br />Now on this 10th day of July,1925,at the hour of ten A.M.,
<br />this cause came on to be heard by the oourt,upon the petition of Carrie YarmonadministratrrA
<br />of said estate,and her final account herein,and was submitted to the court and the court being
<br />fully advised in the premises finds as follows;
<br />1.That all the heirs at law of the said William Yarmon,deceased,are of legal age and filed
<br />no objections or raised any protest to the accounting herein by said administratiix.
<br />2. That due and legal notice of the time fixed by said court for the filing of claims again*#
<br />said estate has been given as required by law,and by the order of this court,and that all
