<br />and testament of Gertrude B.Sommer,deeeased,was filed for probate in this Court.That on the
<br />240 day of December 1924 said instrument to which this certificatewas duly proved,probated
<br />and allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Gertrude B.
<br />Sommer, deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />FINAL DECREE.
<br />of Gertrude B.Sommer,
<br />Deceased. Now,on this 12th day of August,1925,this cause came on
<br />for hearing upon the final report of William Conl.ogue, Jr. , executor of the last will and testy-,t
<br />went of Gertrude B. Sommer,deceased,and upon his petition for the settlement of said estate and
<br />his discharge herein,and the Court,having examined the records and files and being fully advised
<br />in the premises,finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and
<br />place fixed for a hearing upon said report,and petition,as heretofore ordered by the Court,
<br />and no one appearing to object to said report,and the Court having examined said report and lis-
<br />tened to the testimony,finds that said report is true and correct in all things and that the
<br />same ought to be approved and allowed as and for the final report of said executor.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time
<br />and place fixed for filing claims against the estate of said Gertrude B.Sommer,deoeased,as here.
<br />tofore ordered by the Court,and that the time so fixed has fully expired,and that all persons
<br />having claims against said estate,if any such there be,ar# forever barred and excluded from
<br />setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that the estate of said Gertrude B.Sommer,deeeased,is not subject to
<br />a Federal estate tax or an inher-- itanoe tax under the laws of the state of Nebraska;that the
<br />funeral expenses of said deceased have been paid in the principal administration of this estate
<br />in the District Court of Platte County, Wyoming; that the costs of this proceeding have been
<br />fully paid,and nothing remains in the hands of said executor belonging to said estate under
<br />his appointment by this Court.
<br />The Court further finds that said Gertrude B.Sommer,was formerly the wife of one Robert
<br />E. Hall,late of Grand_ Island, Nebraska, now deceased,and the mother of all his children; #hat
<br />said Robert E.Halldied intestate some time subsequent to the year 1999,and that at the time
<br />of his death said Gertrude B.Sommer was his lawful wife;that said Robert E.Hall died seized
<br />as the owner,by fee simple title,of Lot Three (3) in Block Fifteen (15),in Russel Wheeler's
<br />Addition to the city of Grand Island,in Hall County,Nebraska,and under the intestate laws of the
<br />state of Nebraska in force at the time of the death of the said Robert E.Hall the said Gertrude
<br />B.Sommer,formerly Gertrude B.Hall,became the owner of an undivided one -third of the real
<br />estate above descr`sbed,and under the terms and provisions of the last will and testament of said
<br />Gertrude B. Sommer, deceased, said undivided one- -third of said Lot 3 in Block 15, in Russel Wheeler's
<br />Addition to the city of Grand Island,Nebraska,passed,by absolute title,to Gertrude Hall,and
<br />Roberta Hall,daughters of the said Gertrude B.Sommer from her marriage with said Robert E.Hall,'
