<br />WILL.CERTIFICATE AND FINAL DECREE

<br />I,Gertrude B.Someer,of Glendo, Wyoming ,being of sound mind and disposing memory,do make and
<br />publish,this,my last will and testament,in the manner and form following,that is to says
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct that my just debts,if any,and the expenses attending my burial,be first paid.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I give,and ".bequeath to my son,Harry Hall,and to my daughter,Bessie Brown,the sum of Five
<br />Dollars each.
<br />THIRD.
<br />I give and bequeath to my daughters,Gertrude Hall,and Roberta Hall,all of my right,title,
<br />and interest in and to Lot Three in Block Fifteen,in Russell, Wheeler's Addition to the city of
<br />Grand Island,in- Hall- County,Nebraska,whether now held by me or hereafter acquired.
<br />FOURTH.
<br />I give,devise,and bequeath to my daughter,Silva Sommer,and my s0&,Henry Sommer,all property,
<br />both real and persona4which may have come to me by gift,deseent,or devise,from my husband,
<br />Joseph E. Sommer.
<br />FIFTH.
<br />I give,devise,and bequeath all the rest, residue, and remainder of the property of which I
<br />shall die the owner,to my husband,Joseph E. Sommer,in the event he survivto -, me,for the period
<br />of his natural life,provided,however,that he makes a home for my daughters,Gertrude Hall and
<br />Roberta Hall,and gives than an education suitable to their station in life,and upon the death
<br />of the said Joseph E.Sommer,in the event he survives me,or in the event he is dead at the time
<br />of my death,I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,residue,and remainder of the estate of
<br />which I shall the the owner,to my daughters,Gertrude Hall and Roberta Hall,and to my son,Charles
<br />Hall,share and share alike.
<br />f SIXTH.
<br />I nominate, constitute, and appoint Clara Kitchings,of Thermopolis,Wyoming,as testamentary
<br />guardian for my daughter,Roberta Hall,in the event of my death during her minority.
<br />SEVENTH.
<br />I nominate and appoint Mr. William Gonlogue, Jr. ,as Executor of this will.
<br />EIGHTH.
<br />I hereby revoke any and all former wills made by me.
<br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand to each of the two typewritten pages of
