<br />of said James Lee,deceased,the northwest quarter and the south half of,the northeast quarter of
<br />Section_27,in Township 11 North,Range 12 Westin Hall County,Nebraska,passee . by absolute title,
<br />to Chaucer G.Lee,a son of said deceased,and that the southeast quarter of Section 27,in Township
<br />11 North,Range 12 West,in Hall County,Nebraska,passes,by absolute title,to Mary Etta Rose,a
<br />.
<br />daughter of said deceased,and that the south half of the northeast quarter and the north half of
<br />the southeast quarter of Section 35,in Township 12 North,Aange 12 West,the Northwest quarter,of
<br />Section 20,in Township 11,North,Range 11 West,Lot 19 in Block 5,in the Original Town of Cairo,
<br />Nebraska,an d Block 17 in MacColl & Leflang's Second Addition to Wood River,Nebraska,passes,by
<br />absolute title,to Chaucer G.Lee end Mary Etta Rose,son and daughter of said deceased,share and
<br />share alike.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of said Chaucer
<br />G.Lee and Morton L.Rose,as executors of the last will and testament of the said James Lee,de.
<br />ceased,be,and the same hereby is,approved and allowed as and for their final report,said estate
<br />Is hereby settled and closed,and said executors discharged.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED-AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against
<br />the estate of the said James Lee,deceased,if any such there be,are forever barred,excluded,and eal-
<br />joined from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT is FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that under the terms and provisions
<br />of the last will and testament of said James Lee,deceased,the northwest quarter and the south
<br />half of the northeast quarter of Section 27,in Township 11 North,Range 12 Westin Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,passes,by absolute title,to Chaucer G.Lee,a son of said deceased,and that the southeast
<br />quarter of Section 27,in Township 11 North,Range 12 Westin Hall County,Nebraska,passes,by
<br />absolute title,to Mary Etta Rose,a daughter of said deceased,and that the south half of the
<br />northeast quarter and the north half of the southeast quarter of Section 35,in Township 12 North,
<br />Range 12 West,the northwest quarter of Section 20,in Township 11 North,Range 11 West,let L9
<br />in Block 5 of the Original Town of Vairo, Nebraska,and Block 17 in MacColl & Leflang's Second
<br />Addition to Wood River,all in Hall County,Nebraska,passes,by absolute title,to Chaucer G.Lee,,
<br />and Mary Etta Rose,son and daughter of said deceased,share and share alike,and distribution
<br />thereof is hereby accordingly made.

<br />no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name,and that I am the legal custodian of said
<br />Seal and of the Records of said Court,and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
